Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. While this is a remote position based out of Austin, United States, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
ā¢ Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
ā¢ Design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards
ā¢ Develop and implement data quality control procedures
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
ā¢ Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively
ā¢ Optimize data collection procedures and implement best practices for data management
ā¢ Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements
ā¢ Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and recommendations
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
ā¢ 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
ā¢ Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
ā¢ Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI
ā¢ Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis
ā¢ Programming experience in Python or R
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation
ā¢ Experience with business intelligence tools and data warehousing concepts
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
ā¢ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
ā¢ Effective communication skills with ability to present complex data in a clear manner
ā¢ Experience working in a remote environment preferred
ā¢ Understanding of data analytics methodologies and best practices
ā¢ Knowledge of data governance and security practices
