Wound Care Compliance & Documentation Specialist – Mobile Wound Care

Our work focuses on complex wound management and close collaboration with providers and facility staff to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care. Position Overview We are looking for a Wound Care Compliance & Documentation Specialist to support documentation quality and operational accuracy across our mobile wound care services. This role focuses on reviewing wound care notes, identifying missing or unclear information, and helping ensure documentation is complete and consistent across facilities. This is a remote, part-time contract role and is a good fit for someone with hands-on experience in mobile wound care workflows who prefers flexible hours. Responsibilities Review wound care documentation for completeness and clarity Identify missing or inconsistent information in clinical notes Follow up on documentation gaps and unresolved items Support consistency in documentation across SNFs and home health settings Work closely with operations and clinical staff to improve documentation workflows Assist with documentation-related requests or follow-ups as needed Required Qualifications Experience working with a mobile wound care practice or wound care program Understanding of wound care documentation and clinical workflows Experience supporting wound care services in SNFs and/or home health agencies Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working independently in a remote environment If you have real experience supporting mobile wound care documentation and enjoy detail-oriented work that directly supports patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
