Remote location: California, USA.Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space. • Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients. • Experience with leadership in a quota-carrying team, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching. Preferred qualifications: • Experience influencing cross-functional teams to impact business goals, customer experience, and customer expansion. • Experience developing product and solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions. • Experience planning and organizing go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales activity within the team and territory. • Experience with people and business management, supporting career development of a high-performing sales team and business growth. • Experience leveraging knowledge of relevant products, solutions, and market trends, with the analytical abilities to analyze sales performance data or market changes, to drive strategic direction. • Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, active listening, and program management skills. About The Job As a Workspace Sales Specialist Manager, you will lead a team responsible for growing the productivity and collaboration business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product) and customers, supporting the team to do the same. You will support a positive high-performing team culture, while identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Foster a positive and high-performing team culture, supporting the team to drive pipeline, manage business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding, and meet and exceed goals. • Develop and own the go-to-market plan to scale and impact your business in key areas: business growth, new customer growth, customer expansion and conservation, customer referenceability. • Partner with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Engineering, Customer Success, Channels, Product, and Engineering teams to understand impact messaging and collateral, and provide positive prospect and customer experience. • Expand relationships to influence long-term strategic direction and be a trusted advisor to the team and their accounts. • Represent your business in forecasts, town halls, and meetings, and report forecasts and business performance in Salesforce and other tools.
