Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current workforce management practices and identify areas for improvement. Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training to clients on the use and benefits of IBM's workforce software. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of IBM's workforce software for clients. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in workforce management to provide innovative solutions to clients. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges or roadblocks in the implementation process.
