What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate and manage all project activities, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Oversee the design and development of learning materials, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing learning and development environment
- Proven success in overseeing the design and development of learning materials
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Extensive project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 7+ years as a project manager or project lead in a manufacturing learning and development environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Experience with instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various organizational levels
