Completion Coordinator (Telecom)

Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a changing and dynamic environment. Manage end-to-end Completions activities for each project including: 1. Subcontractor/Customer engagement. 2. Design, construction and Field engagement. 3. Communication and reporting Be responsible for the movement of work orders from Job complete to Practical completion granted. Ensure adherence to Client and Internal KPI and SLA's Liaise with design & field to ensure program is on track and within SLA timeframes from Construction Complete milestone to Project Completed Process activities in priority of project completion order. Ensure all shared mailboxes are effectively managed. Be responsible for upskilling and cross training of new coordinators where required. Work with team to carry out final commercial checks for project completion. Ensure all changes to projects are captured and communicated to the relevant stakeholders. Update trackers multiple times per week on the overall status of open projects. Ensure all process documentation is utilised to support critical thinking and action of Jobs/Projects To act in accordance with relevant HSE (Health & Safety and Environmental) Legislation and the Company's matrix of HSE responsibilities To act in accordance with relevant Quality processes implemented by the Company. To perform all specified duties under the company's ISO & AS/NZS accredited Management Systems and Federal Safety Commissioner. Attend and participate in team/ business unit/corporate activities, meetings, and day to day work activities demonstrating respect and consideration for individuals and their experiences and expertise. Communicate constructively to other team members and/ or company employees. Be aware of and communicate to other employees and to the business, opportunities for improvement in processes, practices, or procedures. Actively work with and support other team members and/or company employees to achieve business goals.
