POSITION: Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
FULL-TIME
LOCATION: Fully Remote, once a quarter travel to Irvine office for file reviews.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
PAY RANGE: $85-98k

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will:
Ā Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
Ā Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
Ā Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants
Ā Provide customer service using both English and Spanish to ensure every claimant is served white glove service
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
Ā Claims Background: Workers Compensation
Ā Jurisdictional Experience: CA
Ā Active Adjusters' licenses: CA (SIP)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ā High School Diploma.
Ā Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
Ā Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
Ā Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
Ā Computer experience with related claims and business software.
DESIRED:
Ā Bachelor's Degree
Ā Bilingual in English and Spanish
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ā May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
Ā The ability to lift up to 30lbs
Ā Use of computers and technology
