They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. Responsibilities:Lead the HCM functional workstream for clients, ensuring successful project delivery.Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.Helps others by driving, organizing, and assigning tasks within a project workstream to drive efficient completion and achieve project goals.Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project.Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCMsolution. Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.Display your hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
