Coupa Configurator Analytics and Production Support
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
Ā At least 4 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
Ā Strong analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics
Ā The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa.
Ā Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Coupa release.
Ā Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ā Experience working on Agile teams and with Scrum methodologies.
Ā Strong analytical, research, and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of needs.
Ā Ability to navigate organizational culture and flexibility on the application of best practices.
Ā Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ā Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ā Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ā Workday knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
Ā Serve as subject matter expert on the design and development of Coupa Analytics reports
Ā Support regression testing of new Coupa releases
Ā Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design, and test results
Ā Design, build, test, deploy, and support systems and processes while adhering to compliance requirements and best practices in change management
Ā Collaborate with technical and business subject matter experts to analyze process improvement opportunities, reduce process cycle times, and recommend changes to bring the Board in line with industry best practices.
Ā Document process changes, develop training materials, and conduct user training. Ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Ā Support review, prioritization, and testing of Coupa feature releases before the changes are deployed in production.
Ā Troubleshoot, research, and address system issues and process challenges
Ā Other duties as assigned.
