Peace & Progress Therapy is a growing, innovative practice seeking independently licensed therapists (LMFTs, LCPCs, LMSWs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to clients ages 12-24 and their families. We offer a supportive environment where you can utilize your expertise to address the challenges faced by today's generation, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, school stress, bullying, ADHD, social media/gaming addiction, substance abuse, and grief.

Who We're Looking For:
 Licensed LMFT, LCPC, or LMSW in good standing with the Maryland Board (must be clinical-level licensure).
 Minimum 3 years of experience providing individual, couple, or family therapy.
 Strong clinical skills and experience working with adolescents and young adults.
 Culturally competent and committed to providing inclusive care.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in telehealth modalities preferred.
