 Strong understanding of Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Maya) or related software.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
 Superior written communication skills.
 Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
 Reliable internet connection and a device suitable for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in architecture, engineering, design, or a related field.
 Familiarity with common troubleshooting tools and techniques.
 Ability to explain complex technical concepts to users of varying technical expertise.
