What you'll do...
Supply Chain Management - Carrier Performance is a leadership role on the Carrier Performance team that owns on time delivery, load visibility, and engagement with our 3rd party providers. This exciting opportunity will lead best in class service & cost initiatives and will work primarily with senior leaders across all business units and the 3rd party provider network. The role is located in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Sr Manager Supply Chain Management, Carrier Performance.

 You have proven 3rd party carrier relationship management experience
 You have depth of knowledge of all modes in supply chain transportation and understand market drivers
 You have demonstrated success delivering results through process improvements
 You are a selfstarter and are willing to go the extra mile to learn beyond the minimum requirements to perform role
 You have understanding of API and EDI platforms

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
