Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communication-savvy Pre-Sales Specialist. This role involves contacting potential patient leads, filtering them based on criteria, and identifying high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue. The ideal candidate will have strong pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills, focusing on lead filtration and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Contact potential patient leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to gather necessary information.
⢠Assess and filter leads based on predetermined criteria to identify the most promising candidates for hair transplant procedures.
⢠Qualify leads and ensure only the most viable leads are passed on to the sales team.
⢠Maintain accurate records of all interactions, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
⢠Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-up processes.
⢠Continuously refine lead filtration techniques to improve conversion rates and sales team efficiency.
Qualifications
⢠MBA freshers keen to build career in Sales. Interested in a pre-sales role, with expertise in lead generation, filtration, and qualification.
⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with potential patients.
⢠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
⢠Ability to work independently in a remote setting or from our Delhi or Haridwar branches.
⢠Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data entry.
