Job Overview

We are in search of a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to collaborate with our Acting PMO Director and engage with management at various levels throughout the organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects while developing your expertise in reporting, research, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic setting, showcasing initiative, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
? Produce precise and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
? Create training materials and facilitate training sessions for both internal teams and external clients as required.
? Partner with IT teams and Delivery Managers to oversee project releases following testing completion.
? Operate effectively within a sprint-based framework and manage shared IT resources across multiple initiatives.
? Conduct research, assemble, and present data for marketing and contract management projects.
? Generate detailed reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) that incorporate advanced computations and data analysis.
? Utilize SQL for data analysis to support requirement gathering and functional testing.

Required Skills
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
? Self-driven, reliable, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Familiarity with sprint methodologies and project management concepts is advantageous.

Qualifications
? A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (medical, computer science, or similar).
? A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
? Knowledge of the insurance or claims industry is beneficial.
? Previous exposure to medical claims processing is a significant advantage.
