Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and problems with empathy and efficiency. Strive for first-contact resolution while ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied.

Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations. Navigate our systems to locate order information and provide accurate updates.
