Key Responsibilities: Providing Exceptional IT Support Deliver technical support to employees via phone, remote assistance, or other digital channels, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, maintaining a high level of technical expertise and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
