We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Scheduler/Receptionist to join our remote team. This role is essential to our smooth day-to-day operations, and were looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, effective at managing time, and enjoys interacting with patients in a positive and professional manner.

Position: Scheduler/Receptionist
Location: 100%
Pay: $18 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling, ensuring appointments are booked and rescheduled as needed.
Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text to confirm, remind, and follow up on appointments.
Respond to inquiries and general questions from patients in a timely and professional manner.
Help maintain up-to-date patient records and assist with managing appointment calendars.
Coordinate with clinicians to ensure proper scheduling of appointments and availability.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skillscomfortable speaking with patients and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling software, email, and text communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
