This is a remote position.
IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world. The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub graduates work in corporations such as Zalando, Bolt, ImmoScout24, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adult students to work in the field of information technology, promote the individual development of each student and help in finding a new promising job.
IT Career Hub training programs are certified by AZAV and are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills.
We don't limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies.

Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a talented SMM Manager for our partner company Digital Beruf Akademie.
What you will do:
• Manage our Social Media Channels – with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Create Engaging Content & Powerful Campaigns – Plan & Create posts that engage and grow our community. Keep track of what’s trending and how Social Media Channels are developing;
• Support our Community – Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to nurture our audience;Analyze & Optimize – Track performance metrics, adjust content for better results in terms of engagement and leads;
• Work with Influencers – Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with bloggers and creators.
Requirements
• 3+ years of SMM experience
• EdTech experience
• Working with lead generation content ( was responsible for the final result)
• Video production and editing ( basic skills for reels and stories)
• Extensive experience in influencing collaboration for social media
