We are expanding to Ohio and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have a mortgage broker license in the state of Ohio and at least 3 years of mortgage brokerage experience. Responsibilities -Evaluate and process loan applications by gathering necessary documentation from clients. -Provide expert guidance on loan options and terms to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions. -Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws throughout the loan process. -Collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate smooth transactions. -Conduct financial assessments of applicants to determine eligibility for various loan products. -Utilize strong customer service skills to build relationships with clients and address their inquiries. -Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage servicing practices, and changes in regulations.
