As a Business Sales Manager, you'll build, develop and lead an outstanding team of high performing sales professionals. With your expert leadership skills, you'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, youÂll drive the sales performance of your team.
Enabling your team to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Leading, developing and tracking your teamÂs performance.
Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new business.
Modeling effective sales strategies for your team to follow.
Tracking and reporting key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
What weÂre looking for...
YouÂve got a strong leadership presence and communicate clearly and effectively with all types of audiences. YouÂre agile and can think quickly on your feet to solve problems and address issues in the moment. People see you as a coach and mentor  you view your teamÂs accomplishments as your key indicator for success.
YouÂll need to have:
BachelorÂs degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Sales experience.
A valid driverÂs license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Met or exceeded challenging sales targets.
Led a high performing sales team. Ideally, in a commissions-based environment.
Crafted compelling sales proposals, business cases, and value propositions.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more.
