Key Responsibilities

ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
ā¢ * Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
ā¢ * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ * Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
ā¢ * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
ā¢ * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
ā¢ Experience
ā¢ * Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in recruitment or HR consulting.
ā¢ * Freshers with an HR degree and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
