The team is for builders who are ready to tackle the most impactful challenges and opportunities that lack clear ownership and accountability. As the business scales, the requirements for process and logistics far outstretch the capacity of a ┬ôside job┬ö and therefore require dedicated leadership and ownership.

What You┬ĺll Do
┬Ľ Own Mid-Market / Enterprise go-to-market strategy end-to-end
┬Ľ Make hiring decisions, honing our ideal customer profile and onboarding strategy
┬Ľ Leverage key customer insights to partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure consistency is the customer experience and predictability in execution
┬Ľ Maintain key operating mechanisms such as planning, forecasting, and budgeting that will allow for predictability in Mid-Market / Enterprise Team
┬Ľ Leverage market intelligence to develop the appropriate go-to-market strategies

What You┬ĺll Bring
┬Ľ 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in high-growth environment, ideally in a multi-product business
┬Ľ 10+ years experience in a Mid-Market / Enterprise segment
┬Ľ Experience building a team or function from scratch
┬Ľ Demonstrated track record of hiring and developing excellent sales professionals
┬Ľ Participated in developing GTM strategy
