Understanding the latest products and services is key to effectively communicating with customers about their unique features and advantages.
Diplomatically and competently handle inquiries about products, services and rates via telephone.
Promote a sense of belonging and togetherness by hosting team-building activities and initiatives.

The job may involve actions such as lifting, kneeling, or standing for extended periods of time, and sometimes managing heavy loads.

The job duties primarily take place indoors, but there may be specific occasions that require an associate to leave the store temporarily.
