**Experienced Lead Data Management Analyst – Business Banking Operations**

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our data management efforts, drive process improvements, and contribute to the success of our organization. **About the Role** As a Lead Data Management Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data. You will work closely with our Business Banking teams, executives, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues, implement process improvements, and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing our overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Business Banking teams and executives to provide expert guidance on data management best practices, data quality, and data governance. * Coordinate data testing and validation activities with various stakeholders, including Business Bank Information, Review, Free Testing and Approval (ITV), and other teams. * Work with Business Bank Information and Item groups to identify and resolve underlying drivers of data deserts/issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact. * Lead remediation efforts with CBO teams to address administrative and review issues, as well as restore data integrity. * Oversee the administration and oversight of all administrative data/reports and cycles delivered/submitted within CBO. * Ensure the successful execution of Information Chance and Controls structure in association with Business Bank Information, CBO Satisfaction, Adjusting and Focal point of Value, Administrative Announcing (e.g., Regulators), and Business Controls. * Partner with CFO and Credit Chance associations to understand their information needs and proactively develop solutions to meet their requirements. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners across Business Bank, CIB, Credit Hazard, Regulators, Business Controls, Information Management, and Innovation. * Foster data-driven processes for CBO and integrate them into ongoing process/innovation improvement programs. * Provide guidance on Information Controls structure execution to ensure owners are consistent with Information Management strategy and methods. * Promote CBO by closely observing and participating in the continued improvement of Corporate Information management arrangements and tools. **Required Capabilities** * 5+ years of experience in Information Management, Business Analysis, Investigation, Project Management, or a related field, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. * Strong understanding of risk management systems and processes. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information management concepts to various stakeholders. * Proven leadership presence and ability to clarify information management ideas for all levels. * Ability to persuade and influence lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. * Capacity to focus on a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment and continue to make steady progress. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes. **Preferred Capabilities** * Discount Lending or Credit Risk experience. * 5+ years in the Financial Services industry. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. * Familiarity with data governance frameworks and standards. **Benefits of Working at blithequark** As a leading financial institution, blithequark offers a comprehensive range of benefits to its employees.
