 Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement, including interview coordination and offer negotiation.
 Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume writing and interview preparation.
 Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on talent availability.
 Utilize recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress and maintain an organized database.
Requirements
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
 Experience working in a remote environment and managing time effectively.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
 Adept at using recruiting tools and software for candidate sourcing and tracking.
