Entry Level Community Outreach AssociateResponsibilities:
 Work with customers on a daily bases to qualify and enrollment them in products and services offered by our clients
 Work within a team environment to strategize and increase sales revenue
 Communicate with local customers in a professional manner to foster new relationships and maintain long term
 Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development and sales strategies
 Manage customer inquiriesdirectly and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction
 Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
 Match client needs to products and services we offer and close sales
 Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
 Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
 Act as the main liaison between our company and clients

 A high school diploma or equivalent
 Prior experience in customer service, sales, business development or related fields
 Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude
 Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management
 The ability to multi-task and to respond well under pressure and treat others with respect
