Requirements
? No previous experience in customer service required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
? Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
