In this role, you'll partner with external agencies and internal teams to launch cross-channel campaigns, while continuing to hone your performance marketing expertise.If you're detail-oriented, collaborative, and looking to evolve into a well-rounded marketer, this is the role for you.
ā¢ *Key Responsibilities**
+ **Plan and Coordinate Paid Media Campaigns:** Work closely with media agencies to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital platforms (search, social, display).
+ **Support Integrated Marketing Execution:** Assist in rolling out multi-channel campaigns, including influencer, affiliate, OOH, and retail, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
+ **Monitor Performance & Drive Insights:** Track campaign KPIs, compile performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
+ **Project & Asset Management:** Oversee timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage delivery of creative assets and approvals.
+ **Contribute to Strategy & Creative Briefs:** Help draft briefs, research trends and competitor activity, and support planning to inform future campaign strategies.

ā¢ *Education and Experience:**
+ 2-4 years of hands-on experience in **paid digital media** (search, social, display)
ā¢ *Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Eager to **expand into other marketing channels** such as influencer, affiliate, and OOH
+ Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
+ Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams and vendors
+ Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
+ Curious, proactive, and excited to grow within a mission-driven marketing team

Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,500.00/Year
