Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging YouTube Shorts content from existing long-form video edits and additional cuts for other social channels
• Collaborate with the client's team to align expectations, share knowledge of trends, and discuss historical information about successful content strategies
• Create 3-5 high-quality YouTube Shorts per week, showcasing expertise in YouTube content development and analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, best practices, and new graphics

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in YouTube content development
• Excellent video editing skills and knowledge of YouTube Shorts content creation
• Strong understanding of YouTube trends and best practices on various platforms
