If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney with expertise in Insurance Defense to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in the field and a commitment to providing top-notch legal support to our clients. This role will involve handling a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with our team, and advocating for our clients in a variety of insurance defense matters.

 Actively manage and drive cases from inception to resolution, including trial preparation and trial.
 Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on complex issues in insurance defense, ideally construction background.

 Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
 Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide range of insurance defense matters.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent client service.
 Collaborate with legal team to develop strategies for complex cases.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications
 Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
 Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
 A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
 Proven experience in discovery, drafting motions, and cross complaints.
 Strong knowledge of litigation process and experience in managing a high-volume case load.
 Experience in construction and premises liability is highly desirable.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
