Job Details
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Ā Provide good customer service and empathy.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements
Ā Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great... work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā Must live be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX to be considered.
