Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and policies, staying up-to-date on blithequark products and services. Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, utilizing our CRM systems effectively. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace to ensure effective communication.
