What You’ll Do:
Provide outstanding service to Southwest Airlines customers by phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with booking flights, handling reservations, and resolving issues.
Offer assistance with flight status inquiries, baggage claims, and general travel-related questions.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer issues are resolved efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
