• Provide solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may have

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Experience in a customer service or related field is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet
