WordPress Website & Kit (formerly ConvertKit) Automation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website & Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and maintain our WordPress website, implement SEO strategies, and oversee marketing automations via Kit (formerly ConvertKit). This role is crucial for ensuring our website stays current, optimized for search engines, and aligned with our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities - Quick turnaround for requested projects
• Maintain and update content, plugins, themes, and security on our WordPress website
• Add new pages as needed
• Optimize website content for SEO (on-page, technical, and performance SEO)
• Implement and manage Kit marketing automations (e.g., product retargeting, email flows, customer engagement)
• Set up tagging, pixels, and CAPI on the website
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align website updates with campaigns and launches
• Track performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.) and provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot website or automation issues and coordinate with developers or support if needed

Ideal Qualifications:
• Proven experience with WordPress site management and SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Kit (formerly ConvertKit) or similar automation tools
• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce principles
• Basic HTML/CSS skills a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
