WooCommerce Expert (IT Products & Spare Parts)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled WooCommerce Expert to manage our online store for IT products and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, particularly with WooCommerce, and possess expertise in supply chain management and customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle order management systems and ensure optimal warehouse management practices.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage the WooCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
ā¢ Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of IT products and spare parts.
ā¢ Implement effective order management processes to streamline order fulfillment.
ā¢ Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage solutions and improve supply chain efficiency.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders or product availability.
ā¢ Conduct demand planning to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends.
ā¢ Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers with technical inquiries regarding products.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with safety standards in warehouse operations, including proper use of forklifts when necessary.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
ā¢ Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
ā¢ Experience in warehouse management, including familiarity with inventory control systems.
ā¢ Knowledge of order management systems and demand planning processes.
ā¢ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
ā¢ Background in equipment repair or automotive diagnostics is a plus.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
ā¢ Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
