Woocommerce CRO Expert and UX Designer
Job Requirements, Remote, EST We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated team member who will join our remote team following Eastern Standard Time hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our ecommerce performance through effective UI, UX and conversion optimization techniques while collaborating closely with our internal team. Key Responsibilities • Work with our team daily during EST hours • Optimize ecommerce user journeys with conversion focused improvements • Identify and resolve UI or UX issues within WordPress and Elementor • Improve WooCommerce product pages, checkout flows and overall store performance • Create high converting Elementor layouts and pages • Audit pages and recommend practical enhancements that increase conversion rates • Collaborate with designers, developers and business stakeholders • Take assigned tasks and independently research, troubleshoot and execute solutions • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently without repeated direction • Apply SEO fundamentals to page structure, content layout and performance Required Skills and Experience • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows • Strong communication skills in a collaborative work environment • Expertise with WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor • Proven ability improving ecommerce conversion rates • Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices • Ability to identify performance or UX problems and propose practical fixes • Experience building and modifying Elementor templates, headers, footers and product pages • Basic knowledge of SEO principles including metadata, headings, performance and content structure • Self directed problem solving mindset and ability to find solutions without unnecessary delays What We Offer • Long term full time remote role • Work with a growing and supportive team • Opportunity to directly influence business success and online revenue • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance • Consistent workflow and stable position • Professional growth by working on real ecommerce conversion challenges • A positive work culture built on collaboration and communication What We Are Looking For • A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively • Someone who is solution oriented and proactive • A person who communicates clearly and professionally • Someone who consistently delivers high quality work within deadlines Job Type: Contract Pay: From $600.00 per month Experience: • UX: 2 years (Required) • WordPress: 2 years (Required) Language: • English (Required) Ability to Commute: • Remote (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
