Condition gathering and submission to underwriting for approval updates. Clear loan conditions for final approval to submit to closing.Primary Job Duties:Process applications for CTC submission to underwritingWork with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companiesWorks with third parties to obtain conditionsReviewing and uploading file documentation into LOSAccurately clear applicable loan conditionsAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documentsFile follow-up and notation in accordance with policyEnsure confidentiality of client filesMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by managementSuccessfully manages a minimum of 35 files at one time.Maintain satisfactory file quality  Qualifications: Previous mortgage processing experience requiredWorks well under pressure, and with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlinesAlways demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisorsStrong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulationsExhibits a positive attitude and strong collaboration skillsDemonstrates reliability and punctualityAbove average oral / written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skillsIntermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)Additional Information:Working in a growing and dynamic industryFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and wide array of voluntary products and discounts401(k) with company matchPaid time offThis is a non exempt roleTarget base salary range is 50-60K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via a monthly production bonus LBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled EmployerPlease note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensation.
