WFH Proofreader - (P-T & F-T)

We are looking for detail-oriented Work-From-Home Proofreaders to review and edit written content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, open to both part-time and full-time candidates.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and can work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Proofread and review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
• Ensure content follows style guidelines and brand standards
• Correct inconsistencies in tone, language, and structure
• Verify accuracy of text before final submission
• Track edits and provide feedback when necessary
• Meet turnaround times and productivity expectations

Requirements
• Excellent command of written English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Familiarity with proofreading tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in proofreading, editing, or writing
• Familiarity with style guides (APA, MLA, Chicago, or company-specific guides)
• Experience proofreading digital content, articles, or marketing materials
