Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or chat support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using chat and messaging platforms and other customer service tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software and systems
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
