This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including thorough knowledge of the revenue cycle, healthcare reimbursement guidelines, and intermediate Excel skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' previous medical billing experience are required.
As a Sr. Provider Enrollment Research Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring workflow trends, communicating with the Manager, Billing System Support/PER, and training new employees. Your duties will include reviewing rejection reports, verifying invoices, and maintaining ETM escalation views. You will also be expected to provide departmental leadership through quality audits and development, ensuring that analysts perform assigned duties and adhere to billing center policies and procedures.
