West Virginia Outpatient Counselor (Part-time)

This position is for a Part-Time licensed counselor or social worker who supports the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. *This role provides remote support 3 days/week**
The Part-time Counselor's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
Provide patient education.
Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPPA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
Education: Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
License: LPC or LISW
