Wir suchen dich als Werkstudent*in HR Operations (m/w/d) in unserem People & Relations Team um gemeinsam unterwegs zu sein, für das was zählt. Wir sind ein buntes und starkes Team, bestehend aus 18 Professionals an den Standorten Berlin und Hamburg. Entsprechend unserer individuellen Stärken decken wir ein breites Feld ab: Recruiting, Personal- & Organisationsentwicklung, Beratung, Moderation, Kommunikation und Coaching. So arbeiten wir und so sehen wir unsere Rolle als Mitglieder des People & Relations Teams bei MOIA: Lernen ist ein Schlüsselelement und wir teilen unser Wissen. Was du tun wirst Du unterstützt uns bei der Personalverwaltung (z.B. Erstellung von Folien und Organigrammen, Verwaltung von Mitarbeitendendaten in verschiedenen Software-Tools, Benefits-Anfragen, Zeugnisse usw.). Du verfasst einen monatlichen Newsletter mit unseren offenen Job Positionen, Veranstaltungstipps und MOIA-Vouchern. Du organisierst verschiedene Veranstaltungen, wie Erste-Hilfe Schulung, Brandschutzschulung oder Impftermine. Du hilfst uns unsere Prozesse zu verbessern und zu reflektieren, du überlegst gemeinsam mit anderen und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein. Du unterstützt bei der Postverarbeitung vor Ort in unserem Büro. Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen Du bist in einem Studiengang eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Human Resources, Business Administration oder Psychologie. Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) sind relevant für diese Rolle. Du begeistert dich für verschiedene People & Relations (HR) Themen, vor allem aber für operative Themen (z.B. Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdokumenten, Administration von Systemen und Arbeiten mit Microsoft Office). Du bringst eine gewisse Offenheit mit und arbeitest selbständig. Um dich in deiner persönlichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen und um Verantwortung für Projekte und Prozesse übernehmen zu können, solltest du für mindestens ein Jahr zur Verfügung stehen. Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil. Da die interne Kommunikation bei MOIA auf Englisch erfolgt, ist der nachfolgende Teil der Anzeige auf Englisch verfasst.
