Weekend Presentation Operator
We are looking for a Weekend Presentation Specialist to join our client, a boutique investment banking firm based in London on an ongoing temporary basis.
As the Presentation Specialist, you will be working on Saturdays and Sundays on a 12-hour shift, where you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality presentations and documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism of the client.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and edit complex marketing collateral using Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel with custom FactSet add-ins and macros.
In-depth PowerPoint knowledge is paramount, including the ability to work with slide masters, create custom templates, and convert formats.
Design and edit multi-layer graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Editing headshots, recreating logos, and converting PDFs to PPT.
Communicate using MS Teams with all levels of banking professionals to fulfil requests through a professional ticketing... system, while adhering to the company brand guidelines.
Required skills:
Proven industry experience in creating and editing investment banking pitchbooks.
Advanced knowledge and practical experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Advanced knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
Desirable experience with MapInfo, but not required.
This is an ongoing temporary role, where you will be working the 12-hour weekend shift (either 9am-9pm or 10am-10pm). This role requires flexibility to cover colleagues holidays as needed.
