This role involves managing and coordinating in-home care services during off-hours, addressing client and caregiver needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to client and caregiver satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours
Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently
Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours
Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments
Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred
Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping
