Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat during weekend shifts
ā¢ Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
ā¢ Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
ā¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and helpful support
Qualifications & Requirements
ā¢ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
ā¢ Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
ā¢ Comfortable using customer support tools and systems
ā¢ Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet
ā¢ Able to commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts regularly
ā¢ Friendly, solution-oriented, and patient when dealing with customers
