Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution. Help customers resolve basic technical issues, addressing their concerns and improving their overall experience. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and drive business insights. Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their engagement and loyalty. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, even in a remote setting, to build trust and satisfaction. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To be a recent Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate. 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences. A high school diploma or GED, with some positions requiring an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification. Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate complex systems and technologies. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements. High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone to support your work. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
