Webflow Developer for Ongoing Support + Shopify Integration (Headless/Embedded E-commerce)

We’re a skincare and hair removal studio rooted in mutual aid, accessibility, and community care. Our website is built in Webflow and functions as both an informational and experiential space for our clients. We’re looking for a developer to help us maintain and evolve the site, and to guide us through integrating our product line using Shopify. This is not a full redesign. We are looking for someone who can work within our existing Webflow site and build something clean, simple, and sustainable. CURRENT SETUP • Website built in Webflow • Shopify account already created (not yet integrated) • Small but growing product line WHAT WE NEED 1. Webflow Support (Ongoing) • Help making updates and edits as needed • Troubleshooting layout or responsiveness issues • Light structural improvements (sections, CMS, usability) • Ability to explain changes so we can manage things ourselves over time 2. Shopify Integration (Initial Project) • Recommend the best approach for integrating Shopify into Webflow (Buy Button, Storefront API, or other tools — we are open but want guidance) • Set up product pages and purchasing flow • Ensure the experience feels seamless within the existing site • Build in a way that allows us to easily add and edit products 3. Collaboration + Guidance • Help us understand tradeoffs without overcomplicating things • Prioritize simple, stable solutions over complex builds • Think through user experience from services → products 4. Design Consistency + Implementation • Work within our existing design system, including color palette, typography, and visual style • Use existing assets (images, graphics, brand elements) rather than introducing new ones without discussion • Follow clear design directives — we will provide guidance on layout and feel where needed • Maintain consistency across all updates so the site continues to feel cohesive and intentional This is not a design role — we are looking for someone who can implement and respect an existing visual language, not reinvent it. IMPORTANT • Please do NOT propose rebuilding the site in Shopify • We are not looking for a full redesign • We care about clean, maintainable builds — not quick fixes ACCESS + SECURITY We have had issues in the past with unauthorized access, so we take this seriously. • We will provide collaborator access only (no shared logins) • We expect clear communication about how you access and work within systems • Respect for boundaries and permissions is non-negotiable YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU: • Have experience with both Webflow and Shopify • Have integrated Shopify into a non-Shopify frontend before • Can clearly explain your approach before starting • Care about UX and design integrity • Build things that are easy for non-technical people to manage • You are comfortable working within an established brand identity and taking direction on design details TO APPLY Please include: 1.
