WebFlow Designer+Developer (Full-Time, $2000-$3000/mo, Remote) - Contract to Hire
I’m the Director of Marketing at Rwazi.com (B2B SaaS). We’re rebuilding our entire marketing site on Webflow - fast, clean, scalable. You’ll work day-to-day with our SEO Content Manager: - They own copywriting, content and content conversion - You own design, structure, and website conversions - Together you own growth through the website What You’ll Do: - Rebuild the full site 10-15 pages in 4-6 weeks (Client-First architecture) - Execute a new design system from our Head of Design - and improve it if possible - Month 2-12: Ship 20–40 pages/month using scalable templates - Build CMS structures & templates for programmatic SEO (templates → scale) - Own website conversion rate optimization (this becomes your #1 KPI) Who We’re Looking For: A hybrid: designer × builder × someone who genuinely geeks out on CRO.
