If you're serious about joining us, please read the following carefully and ensure our mission aligns with your passion for Web3 and community engagement.Website: https://bit.ly/3ZT5UafApp: https://bit.ly/3P7gky7Before applying, check out our app FIRST to see if it's a fit for you: https://bit.ly/3ZT61CHRequirements:Conversational in English: Able to engage in spontaneous and meaningful conversations.Extrovert and Confident: Comfortable interacting with community members and facilitating discussions.Equipment: Laptop, microphone, and a quiet background for seamless communication.Availability: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, with flexibility for different shifts.Passion for Web3: Familiarity with blockchain, NFTs, DAOs, DeFi, or other Web3 ecosystems is highly valued.Key Responsibilities:Community MonitoringMonitor all channels in the Discord server to ensure they align with community standards.Handle shift transitions smoothly to ensure ongoing discussions and activities remain active.Engage the CommunityActively participate in server discussions, fostering an engaging and welcoming environment.Spark meaningful conversations around Web3 topics like blockchain, NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi.Help onboard and support new members, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.Host and Member SupportCoordinate with community members and project hosts, addressing any questions or concerns via Discord.Assist new members in navigating the server, offering guidance and clarifications.Troubleshooting and EscalationQuickly identify and troubleshoot any issues with Discord functionality or member concerns.Escalate unresolved technical or community issues to the operations team for a prompt resolution.Quality ControlRegularly review and assess server activity to maintain a positive and constructive environment.Provide feedback and reports to the operations team for community performance improvement.Event CoordinationCollaborate with the team to organize events such as AMAs, giveaways, and live discussions.Guide selected members or hosts on how to use features like Discord Stages and other platforms, including Twitter Spaces.Process:Initial Interview: Assess communication skills and alignment with our community’s goals.Final Interview: Deep dive into experience with Web3 communities and Discord moderation.Trial Shift: Showcase your skills by moderating and engaging with our server.How to Apply:To stand out, send us a message with the keyword "Playfriends" and tell us why you're passionate about Web3 and community engagement.
